Privacy (Tax File Number) Rule

When is this code of practice required?

You must comply with this rule if you intend to collect an individual's tax file number (TFN) information. This rule regulates the collection, storage, use, disclosure, security and disposal of TFN information with the goal of ensuring the privacy of the TFN information.
